Traumatic injuries can range from a small abrasion or cut on the skin to multiple broken bones, severe hemorrhaging, and internal injury. We recommend that you have the contact and driving directions for one of the emergency clinics below for just such emergencies.
While small abrasions and cuts with very little bleeding can probably be seen by your regular vet, most traumatic injuries should be seen immediately and require emergency care.
